Bibcursed is a small tool to help users of LaTeX bibliography (BibTeX) files. It is available under the GNU GPL.
You can download the source by selecting the sourceforge link below. Bibcursed has been tested under Linux, Solaris and Windows (using Cygwin), but pretty much any OS with a C compiler and curses (or ncurses) library should be ok.
